A TALE OF TWO STORIES

Now playing in Mountain View’s storied Waverly Park neighborhood.

Starring this FIVE-BEDROOM FAMILY HAVEN. A distinguished Northern California blend of American & Spanish Colonial design, expansive, with 2500 square feet of living space, and not an inch is wasted.

Co-starring a classically comfortable, true California Colonial wrap-around floor plan, with all of it’s acclaim: separate living and family rooms with individual fireplaces, hard wood floors throughout, formal dining room, casual dining in the eat-in kitchen, roomy master suite with private balcony, four guest bedrooms – including a built-in home office, rear deck and large, colorful yards front and back.

A supporting cast of creature comforts: dual-zone furnace, whole-house fan, upstairs central air conditioning, indoor utility room, a double-long driveway for extra parking, and a generously-sized detached garage.

EASY TO LOVE, HARD TO OUTGROW

Stretch out. Relax! Enjoy a leisurely morning cup of coffee on the rear deck while contemplating the rose garden, or ice tea in on a lazy afternoon while watching the kids play in the private back yard. Or have the neighbors over for a barbecue on game day.

Tired of bumping into everybody? Five bedrooms give you a lot of options. There’s a room here for everyone – and room for every thing.

Central location in the heart of Silicon Valley is convenient to everything, and just a few off-freeway miles from GoogleOnly one family has lived here; the second one should be yours.
